Bloodshadow Moon brings to life the characters, creatures, magic, and wonders of the world of Da'ar; a turbulent, violent, and mysterious world filled with, "Noble Races," such as men, elves, and dwarves.
"Savage Races," such as ogres and orcs, goblins and horned trolls; and magical entities such as eternal magic-wielders and wyverns also
Bloodshadow Moon brings to life the characters, creatures, magic, and wonders of the world of Da'ar; a turbulent, violent, and mysterious world filled with, "Noble Races," such as men, elves, and dwarves.
"Savage Races," such as ogres and orcs, goblins and horned trolls; and magical entities such as eternal magic-wielders and wyverns also call Da'ar home, therefore danger is always lurking in the shadows, just past the fires of civilization.
There are megafauna of all varieties, including: Great Wolves, Cave Lions, Cave Bears, massive land creatures called, "Kara'Kanars" used in desert merchant caravans, Great Eagles, sea creatures that can shatter oceangoing sailing vessels effortlessly, and more.
'The Codices of the Bloodshadow Moon' explores not just fantasy and adventure, but it explores such uncomfortable and taboo subjects as generational trauma, racism, homophobia, both religious intolerance and religious hypocrisy, duty and honor, the complicated dynamics of families and relationships, sexual assault, mass murder and psychopathy, and child abuse.
